lets kill them.

PART 0

A: shall we kill someone?
B: What?
A: I mean how bad could it be? There is nothing bad about killing? people die all the time, killing will just be another medium to achieve it?
B: But why would you do that?
A: I am not saying we should just kill anyone?
B: so you are going to choose someone?
A: Yeah, potentially deserving candidates.
B: potentially deserving candidate? are you mental?
A: No, I am perfectly sane, Its a plot for a story!
B: Right! A bloody plot to you?
A: Look, we have this normal life which is perfectly all right in all senses. But we still crib and complain, Why not just correct it?
B: Correct it by killing? That doesn't make any sense.
A: Let me give you a bigger picture. If perfectly executed, killings will occur in different locations under different circumstances. And by the time investigation reaches a possible outcome, we can safely reach a number and this number will be proportional to the delay in each murder.
B: OK, Lets assume you can evade being caught. What are the chances that you will be successful in executing these plans and no one will know about it?
A: None, The plan is to find out 10 perfect candidate, study them and kill them while they are totally alone and send a message with each killing.
B: What? are you a serial killer who gives clues and messages?
A: ummm
B: Wait, you are trying to be a vigilante.
A: More like justice delivery girl.
B: and the candidates?
A: Corrupt politicians with records of charges against scam and history in general crime.
B: OK
A: Policeman misusing power, taking bribe leeching general public. Public servant crippling the weakest and poorest. Some sort of money lenders to farmers, who sucks their bloods from interests like a pest. Lawyers who save politicians, criminals, who have no moral fibre. A journalist whose life is dedicated in bringing misery to innocent victims of misfortune. A fake celebrity, who is linked with crime and exploitation the naive. A child rapist, who has gotten away because of loopholes in system. Son of a rich businessman who ran his car over people who were sleeping on footpath and raped a foreign tourist.
B: exquisite! But this list is too vague. Do you have any real candidate in mind?
a: Lets take an example of the scammer politician who stole money from coffins of dying soldiers. Or take example of that police officer, who raped a child and got away with it. And the son of chief minister who ran over those innocent kids and murdered the waitress in that lounge.
B: great suggestions, But these people are highly protected. Besides they are known criminals and will be punished by the law.
A: punished? the trial? its a joke. Its all a sham. These people need to be brought to the justice by chopping off their balls and sending a loud and clear message through Mass media.
B: Well, this could cause mass Chaos, besides mass media is controlled.
A: Chaos is very much desirable. And we need to kill one these bastard journalists.
B: Isn't the integrity of your plan compromised by revealing it to me?
A: No, it isn't. I need to Brainstorm and I need to find flaws in this plan.
B: ME? I am not doing it!
A: Why? you have better stuff to do?
B: No, this is insane!
A: What is this about the sanity of yours? you live life like a rat. Someone have to take responsibility.
B: who? me?
A: No, I will do the honours, I just need a partner.
B: I don't want to get caught.
A: you wont. We will not be related. I just need ears.
B: RIGHT! and how to you intend to undo what I know?
A: How about killing you in the end?
B: damn you! you will kill me?
A: Its the only worthy thing to do.
B: May be not, can we return back to our boring Normalcy.
A: Think of how much good can be done, think of it as revolution.
B: Society wont see it as revolution. It will be seen as genocide by a psychopath.
A: Its not a crime. Its not driven by money. Its driven by a bigger cause and good faith.
B: good faith? what crap?
A: Yeah, restoration the faith in honesty and human values. 10 dead wont make a difference.
B: Right, It wont change a damn thing!
A: No, it needs to be sent as a message. A clever scheme is required. If I can evade being caught until I execute 10 killing, mission is pretty much accomplished.
B: Yeah and once you are caught. you will be the part of living hell.
A: We are already living in hell. I just need a way to send reminder to everyone else.
B: Ok, for sake of it everything goes as you say, which is highly unlikely. What you do next?
A: handover myself over or commit a public suicide with a suicide note or a suicide book with extensive details like say jim.
B: Quite brave and heroic, but stupid as fuck.
A: Not stupid. All ideas are stupid in the beginning. Good work and planning can get you what you really want.
B: Really? I think all you(or anyone else) want is shit load of money and beautiful women.
A: May be. But I am not that shallow to waste myself for material crap. As joker said, "we need better class of criminals"!
B: So we are criminals?
A: No, you are missing the point. What we are planning to do can be considered as crime in legal and civil framework, but its implications are far beyond the existence of this framework. All revolutions were called crime by the authority, Later it turned out it was the struggle for freedom/republic.
B: So you are a freedom fighter now?
A: No, we already have freedom. And this is about protecting it. And its not just me, its us now.
B: Woah! I am not a part of it.
A: you are, like everyone else.
B: If you want want to execute this. What will be the plan.?
A: Good question. First the selection of candidates. A detailed study of his/her lifestyle and creation of a profile. preparing an execution method and calculating timing.Planing the budget. Create a demo. Look for associated factors and parameter in this execution plan. Find the effectiveness of this killing. Methods of sending message. Capture avoidance planning till next execution. Estimation of time frame between each execution, I want to give them time to digest it and as the fear falls down, give them another dose of death. Human minds are so used to this freedom, fear is only way to stop its misuse.
B: So you don't rule out killing women?
A: There is no discrimination here. A scum is just a scum, nothing more.
B: Budget! Where do you get the money from.
A: Initially my own money and then each dead pays for his next companion in after life.
B. What about the families?
A: target's family would be financial secure in some way.
B: Don't you know that all crimes are driven by needs generated by family.
A: Exactly, So family need to pay the price. Besides someone will be sacrificed on the road to greater glory.
B: That sounds like lenin? You will still be affecting innocent lives.
A: The idea is to portray these filthy bastards as cancer to the society, which needs to be eliminated. The media would try to make martyr out of them. This is the biggest fallacy in the plan. So I need to kill the people who are already hated and who are in trial and send the message across. Once the message is through the martyrdom is gone.
B: Whoa, really? Trying to kill someone in judicial custody or police protection. you are not capable of that?
A: No, I will start with someone whose security protocols are loose. And I will sacrifice these easy targets first.
B: So you may still leave the biggest scum in the pool and go for an easier shot.
A: I have to strike the balance.
B: More like you want to just kill someone!
A: That is the only feasible solution to this super complex problem.
B. I suppose so. So what next.............................

Kill for Something.

Sapota is going to write a post on voilence again, previous post was more on line of being gory and brutal. But a massacre is that way, nothing can change that. What follows next is another story of blood being spilled. Sapota is not going to present any justification on any action or views, but will present it in a way perceived by someone who has actually undergone all this. There is no disclaimer on it being true or views being biased or if they controversial content, one is free to derive any understanding of this story:

They say there is something about the water of chambal, which brings a kind of unrest, a tendency to fight. The river is vital to survival of residents of this place. In this peaceful night of summer after a day of scorching heat, burning anything that is exposed, the last thing I expect is a fight, but this place was never in peace.
There is a distant voice, "Suren bhaiya, are you coming to the fields?"
I was lost somewhere but that voice brought the mundane life back to me, I shout back "YES, I am coming".
"Bhaiya this year we will hardly have any harvest, this is july end and a not a single cloud in the firmament",
I was still lost "u'm, oh yes, bad season I guess".
"Do you know rinku will be back in village?"
I thought "why?, what does he want", but i never spoke back.
"I think that's rumor, those pichola(sub faction in village) folks are spreading".
"really? what will they get out of it?"
He became little thoughtful now, "he killed 5 of their folks, they are looking for revenge"
"I know that. but what good will the rumor do?"
"This will give them an excuse to come to this part with their weapons loaded and put some show here frightening people"
The great warrior clan of this motherland has belonged to the kings. The last thing a Rajput will do is swallow his pride. We want to live with dignity and respect, and if something prevents that, I wont deter to eliminate it. Rinku is a by-product of this glory. Rajput were known for their valor, glory, bravery and relenteless love with the motherland. The list of virtues was still bigger, but it has shrunk and there are very few left with really some of them. Nothing comes without side effects, If I am brave then I am angry and if I am justice-loving, I will fight for it and this fight will not be peaceful. It is always the war that comes to my mind when it comes to love of justice and love of this motherland.
I boomed back to life "Rinku is a kalank(contextual meaning:disgrace, literally:stain) to this entire Rajput community."
he knew my blood was boiling.
"but bhiya, he is our kid"
"Do hell with such kid, his father has protected all his deeds, till he became this monster, I would have killed such a son a long time back"
"bhaiya its not that simple!"
he was right, killing your son is last thing one can think of, but atleast I could have stopped him from becoming a monster. but who knows? the love for one's progeny blinds the parent.
"Jagan is back home for vacations" he said changing the topic.
"oh really. first thing in morning will be meeting him"
Fields were now visible.
"what is all this police doing near tube-well?"
he had a quick answer "must be drinking, what other business do they have here"
me "u'm"

"Surendra!!! wake up" she shouted.
I wake up in half haste and half sleep.
"what the time?"
"leave the time aside, their is some problem in the village"
I sprang back to life immediately, without a second thought I thought that Rinku bustard must have came back and done something.
she said "sarpanch(village head) has called u immediately to chaupal(gathering place in a village)"
I said lazily, "right now?"
"yes! rush to chaupal"
There was a huge gathering, almost all men of village were there. I was surprised to see so many folk at such an odd hour.
They all were looking at me as if something sinister is going on around.
Avtar Singh, the village sarpanch directly to me, "Son, this is time to take out your gun"
A sudden chill, a feel of death, a resistance was surmounting. I don't want to fight, No one actually want to. But Avtar singh is a man of his words, he wont say any non-sense.
"But what is the matter kaka?"
"They killed Jagan" with a firm voice. Everyone except him had watery eyes. Man of his stature don't cry, they have seen it all.
Me without a thought, "I will kill all pichola bustards", my voice became hoarse as if I was shouting at peak of my voice.
Bheem singh, "Its police!"
I was taken aghast "Why would police kill an Army Soldier???"
Bheem singh came forward with his arms around my shoulders, "they took him for Rinku"
I was admant, "Pichola folks must has conspired againt us with police"
Bheem singh, "Police was tracing rinky down right from Kanpur(a North Indian City), their informers have mistaken Jagan for Rinku"
Rinku although a notorious criminal now, was hardly 22 years old and last month he killed Kanpur's top don in the daylight in a crowded market. He had all shades of bravery, courage like a typical Rajput, but he had a criminal mind. Those instinct of fighting is turning this great community into a pit of producing criminals. Since Rinku's rise, half of young boys of this community have joined him. The reasons were simpler, "quick fame", "easy money" and yes! this is an era of unemployment and kids are hardly into proper eduction.
I asked "Now what?"
Someone "We will hunt down the thana(police station)"
"Are you out of your mind, we wont kill police"
Avtar Singh, "Yes, we will."
Gopal came forward sobbing, "Suren, they have killed my Ram-like(Ideal) son, We were about to fix his marriage next week!!!"
My blood started boiling, one side I could imagine a filthy criminal Rinku and on the other a simple ideal son Jagan, who was first cousin of Rinku. There is nothing more grave than seeing blood of your own child. And Jagan was one such child of this village, everyone loved him like their own son and he was just 23. All I could see now was blood, it was instinctive. I am growing old, but can still chase and hunt these government dogs.
"kaka, how many men are coming with me?" even if there was no one, I would do it all alone.
"Seven. there are around 10 policemen in chowki right now ,including daroga(sub-inspector). I know you can hunt them down easily"
At these moments, there are no exceptions, "Yes, we will, when should we start?"
"Now, once police realizes what they have done, they will expect the retaliation and they will be well prepared and we wont be able to take this revenge"
"I am going to bring my gun, everyone meet me near tubewell"
I am the de facto leader for this mission, this is the kind of responsibility, I knew I have to shoulder sometimes in my life. And I am not supposed to come home defeated. My father, whom I considered an Idealist to the core, always had a saying "don't come home beaten" and I never had.
I took my gun out from the trunk, which was rusting for a long time. My wife took the gun from me and started cleaning the barrels. There was no conversation, she was prepared for this. She is a true Rajput lady, who was born with guns firing around, she had been drawing inspiration from likes of Rani Padamavati(A queen, who gave her life for glory).

"Today we will make this place a chhavni(Contextually: Battle field, literally: Cantonment)" Jagan's Elder Cousin Prakash said forcefully.
These seven men now were blood thirsty, the only skill left in them is killing. By all means they will achieve what they want.
We started marching towards chowki, there was no plan, just plain anger. No one was speaking, only sound was thumping of our feet against the village dust. I was getting eager, this small walking time was making me more anxious and impatient.
We went straight inside the chowki. Chandan fired the first shot directly aiming the groin of the first policemen, he saw. There were 4 more shots fired from 4 different barrels and killing 3 more policemen. They couldn't even react to what was happening. The battle has begun and it was 7 vs 6 now. Daroga who was sitting in the other room realized something, I can't say what, but as soon as Omi entered the next room he was shot on left side of his abdomen with the pistol. We all step back and they fired three more bullets on Omi, he was dead. Avdhesh rushed in the next room while firing blindfolded, hitting one policeman in arm. Daroga and one policemen had already jumped from the window. We all entered room. I was furious again to see that khaki Dog and fired two bullets killing him.
"Babuloo and Prakash, stay here and we will signal you when we reach near window, rest come with me towards the main door", I said while waving my hand in the direction of next room.
As soon as we returned to the previous room, I spotted three more policemen coming from main exit unaware of the situation. Within a moment or so, they all opened firing except me, killing two of them. One escaped and started running haphazardly here and there. I felt a kind of relief seeing this khaki dog running madly, I felt like an executioner just waiting to kill the dog. I aimed at him while he was running, first bullet missed him narrowly. Second bullet came from other direction, which hit me on the shoulder. They all opened fire in the other direction.
Daroga and other policemen were firing from the other direction, this time they were well prepared and standing behind a tree. But fortune was on our side, Babuloo managed to jump out of window of next room and took a position just behind daroga, he killed Daroga instantly. he was in open field, so the other policeman shot him down easily.
They all again opened fire towards the tree, but no one was successful. Prakash rejoined us near the main gate. When he saw me wounded,he reaction was impulsive like a stubborn kid and he started running madly towards the tree and with lighting speed he hit the policeman with gun in the forehead, who was on the ground next second. And then he kept hitting him furiously again and again till he was all in blood. Someone killed him with the gun, relieving him from this torture.
The other policeman escaped. He was only survivor from this side. We have lost two of our men.

I was lying wounded in my bed wounded while 4 of my men has fled from the village. RAF was deployed in the village. I knew they will come for me very soon. I wont flee, there is still one left to be killed.
It happened much earlier than I expected. That khakhi dog came to get me with RAF man. My gun was lying on other side of the bed. They were proceeding towards me with loaded gun, within a minute or so the policeman uttered something, which I never bothered to hear. Somehow I managed to sit and next moment, I took the gun and shot him somewhere on throat. Next I could remember is blazing of guns and death coming, but my mission was accomplished.

kill for what?

This is not unusual, it happens and trust me I have seen all this. Narration is all work of fiction, but all events are discretely attached to real events.

Night 20:00 hrs in a typical village of Central India, hardly any lights are seen. Although, this village have electricity, but people finish their dinner by 19:30 and nobody leaves any light on, once they are on their beds. Ram Naresh Mawai was waiting in his farm for his father. While waiting he switched on his torch to see some one standing far away. By shadow, he made out that this is a some farmer guarding his farms. He knew his father will be coming from left side after crossing their granaries.
He started thinking about his kids and tomorrow, he will go to city for kid's admissions in school. His thoughts were broken with a sudden flash of light and then a thud of sound. It took him a wink to make out that, it could be nothing other than a bullet fired from a double barrel shot gun, he himself has fired the gun many times. He picked his torch and an axe and started moving towards the site. Across the paddy field some one was limping; as he went nearer he could clearly hear someone's groaning in pain. He started running towards that side to reach an old man, around 60 years of age. The beam from Ram Naresh's torch was on the face of this old man. It was Ram Naresh's Uncle Bharat Singh, who was village Sarpanch. Bharat Singh was shot on his right thigh by someone, his Dhoti was dripping with blood. Ram Naresh was taken aghast, not knowing what to do? His mind was filled with questions. But before he could think any further, Bharat Singh shouted "Naresh !", Ram Naresh immediately without giving a second thought, took Bharat Singh on his shoulder started running. He was running breathless, never ever in his life he felt running like this before. As soon as he reached his place, he started shouting "Uncle has been shot". All his cousins and brothers started gathering around to see what has happened. Fateh Singh eldest son of Bharat Singh ran to get a Jeep from their neighbors. Bharat Singh's son along with their wives left for a nearby village called Chandausee, where they have civil hospital. Before Bharat Singh left, he told Ram Naresh, he was shot near Chethi's Well.
Ram Naresh till now has recovered and started thinking in lines of vengeance. Last week, while deciding the case of Hariram and Jagdish Kansana, Bharat Singh decided the case in favor of Hariram. Kansanas and Mawais have ancestral animosity and Jagdish thought Bharat Singh has been biased and has taken revenge on them.
The Matter was of reputation of Kansana family and they did not let Hariram put his thatched hut behind their house. This area was used by Kansana for throwing wastes and as passage to their fields and hence Kansanas considered it to be a path or pagdandi(as called in local language). Making a hut on the path was considered as encroachment on their lands by Kansanas. But Hariram argued that area was unused and there was plenty of place to go around, besides Hariram was a poor farmer, so he cannot construct a house in main village. So panchayat considered Hariram's point as valid and awarded him the land.

Jagdish was furious over all this and he told Bharat Singh that "what he has done was not good and he has to pay the price for same". Jagdish's sons also had some heated discussion over the matter with Ram Naresh.

Ram Naresh was still thinking about what has happened at panchayat , a thought about the man he noticed in the field came to his mind. He was standing near the fields of Kansanas, Ram Naresh now had sudden feeling that Jagdish's sons have done something and he felt blood thirsty. He started running towards Chethi's well. This was too dark, he cannot see anyone or anything near the well. He then continued running till he reached Kansana's house. In such a small village news of firing spreads like forest fire.

As soon as Ram Naresh reached near Kansana's house, a bullet went passing by his ears. This was shear luck, the bullet went by him without harming him. This was Jagdish's second son. Ram Naresh had particularly good aim, he just threw axe toward him, Axe hit him right on chest. Breaking the entire rib cage, blood was bursting from it like a fountain. Ram Naresh without waiting for a minute took out the axe and hit him in head, which split into two pieces . Ram Naresh collected the gun and bullet-belt tied around his waist. Jagdish eldest son Parimal started screaming and cursing Ram Naresh and started running toward him with a sickle. Ram Naresh was ready for this and he fired bullet hitting him in shoulder. Ram Naresh was now ruthless, he took the axe and sliced Parimal's ears.
Ram Naresh knew now this is the time to run. So he started running back towards other village. Jagdish meanwhile along with his sons and nephews started chasing him, while trying to shoot him down. Ram Naresh was running to avoid being killed. By this time Ram Naresh's brothers and brother-in-law realized the situation. They took a jeep and loaded themselves with arms, they left for Jagdish's home, where villagers have gathered around. Some one told them Ram Naresh is running towards other village. They immediately left towards that side. Spotting Jagdish and his sons. Ram Naresh 's brother-in-law shot the first bullet on Jagdish, who luckily escaped the bullet and instead bullet hit his nephew in the groin leaving him dead.

So Kansanas started firing back towards Mawais leaving Ram Naresh alone. Jagdish's youngest son shot Ram Naresh's eldest brother right on chest. Till this time both parties reached each other within their physically vicinity and using sharp arms like spear, sickle, deggars, and axes eight people were slain to death. Jagdish escaped alive with his back being torn by sickle or daggere. Ram Naresh's brother and brother-in-law were killed along with Jagdish's son and nephews, only jeep driver survived, who was hiding behind the jeep.
Ram Naresh kept running for next three days. Bharat Singh recovered, but his sons were still in deep agony for Ram Naresh's brother and brother-in-law. Jagdish was still hiding from Bharat Singh's son.
